15% OFF ALL CLASS TICKETS DURING THE MONTH OF JUNE! SEE DETAILS BELOW

Terms & Conditions

All Mixed Methodologies tickets, in all variations, for all class dates, are non-refundable; no exceptions.

If you enter into a payment arrangement with a 3rd party payment provider (ex. Afterpay, Klarna, etc.), your payment terms and responsibility to pay said provider is solely the responsibility of the customer to manage said terms and make timely payments.
Everything Hand Tied does not have any visibility to those payment terms, does not manage those payment arrangements, and will not be held responsible for any customer's default on those terms. Those arrangements are between the customer and the payment provider and are completely outside of the scope of Everything Hand Tied's business.

All students are required to come to class prepared, and with the items that have been informed they are required to bring (if applicable).

EHT will not be liable for the recoupment of any ticket purchase in the case of a customer missing their class date for any reason.

For virtual classes, the sessions will be held via Google Meet, and every customer is provided the necessary information to log onto the meeting in a series of email automations that are sent prior to the start of class. It is the customer's responsibility to manage their email provider's inbox settings to ensure those emails do not go into their Spam folder, and if they do, Everything Hand Tied will not be responsible for the recoupment of the customer's ticket cost if they miss the session.

It is the responsibility of the customer to reach out to the EHT Team with any customer service needs PRIOR to the start of class. If a student is not in communication with EHT Staff prior to class regarding tardiness or absences, the student will be dismissed from the class and will need to purchase another ticket for another date if they wish to attend. The exchange of the ticket for another class date is entirely at the discretion of EHT Staff, and EHT makes no guarantees to this. EHT will not be held liable for any recoupment of costs for a customer's misuse or failure to utilize their ticket.

EHT will not be held liable for any damages or injuries incurred during the course of the class or within the class venue as a result of the customer's own actions or negligence. EHT will not be held liable for any damages or injuries any customer may endure during the course of their travel to or from any Mixed Methodologies class, nor for any damages or injuries while lodging before, during, or after the class is complete, nor for any damages or injuries incurred outside of the class venue, at any time.

By selecting the option to accept these Terms & Conditions, the customer is acknowledging and agreeing to these terms.
